Pallet rebrand
Pallet is an AI logistics platform whose core product — CoPallet — acts as a “digital operations team” for freight and shipping companies. It automates repetitive, back-office tasks like order entry, quoting, shipment tracking, document processing, and portal updates. As a result, logistics providers can process freight 10× faster and at roughly half the cost of traditional manual workflows.

Challenge
Pallet has grown into a more AI-focused logistics company, and their brand needed a refresh that matched the shift. The challenge was in how to build confidence in prospects that Pallet builds high-quality AI applications through their branding.
BeforeThe original palette felt soft and dated and the team wanted richer, punchier colors. This creates a stronger visual impact and better reflects the confidence of the product. All graphics were refreshed, with a deliberate shift toward showcasing real invoices and actual product screenshots to ground the AI experience in reality.
The photography style was also updated to move away from generic stock images. Instead, Pallet wanted to focus on dynamic, vibrant photos that felt modern and energetic, helping the brand feel more alive and relevant.
AfterDesign
I served as a brand steward for the Pallet team, helping guide the rebrand’s art direction with the agency and contributing design and animation work across the website, digital ads, and billboard campaigns.
