Pallet rebrand
Pallet is an AI logistics platform whose core product — CoPallet — acts as a “digital operations team” for freight and shipping companies. It automates repetitive, back-office tasks like order entry, quoting, shipment tracking, document processing, and portal updates. As a result, logistics providers can process freight 10× faster and at roughly half the cost of traditional manual workflows.

Challenge
Pallet was growing into a more AI-focused logistics company, and their brand needed a refresh that matched the shift. The challenge was to introduce brighter color, more modern type, and a cute robot mascot to help soften the complexity of logistics and make the product feel more welcoming.
Before
The original palette felt soft and dated, so we introduced darker, more punchy colors. This creates a stronger visual impact and better reflects the confidence of the product. All graphics were refreshed, with a deliberate shift toward showcasing real invoices and actual product screenshots to ground the AI experience in reality. No more WordArt!
The photography style was also updated to move away from generic stock images. Instead, we focused on dynamic, vibrant photos that felt modern and energetic, helping the brand feel more alive and relevant.
After
Design
I collaborated on the creative direction for the rebrand and contributed design and animation work for the website, digital ads, and billboard campaigns.
